Blue Box Review is a new independent editorial publication. Our policy is built on a simple rule: read names, do not invent histories. We treat the phrase blue box as a subject of cultural and technical interest, and we treat domain names as unstable traces rather than records of past activity. A domain name can change hands, expire, and be re-registered. It does not by itself prove that a business, service, or person existed, and we do not present it as such.

Sourcing. We prefer primary and secondary sources that can be checked by readers. Where a claim is uncertain, we say so. We do not present speculation as fact. We do not claim first-hand tests, insider access, or credentials we do not have. We do not invent staff, addresses, phone numbers, or working forms.

Corrections. If you believe an article contains a factual error, see the contact page for how to identify the article and provide evidence. We review correction requests and update articles when evidence supports a change. We may add a short correction note.

Independence. Blue Box Review has no affiliation with any former or current operator that may have used the phrase blue box or the domain blue-box.biz. We do not accept payment for editorial coverage. We do not publish sponsored articles. Our rubriques, Blue Box Origins, Domain Archaeology, and Reading Signals, exist to organize careful reading, not to assert a hidden history. We aim to be transparent about method and modest about conclusions. When the evidence runs out, we stop.
